Contact MMK Today
Last updated: 27 October 2026
MMK Today is run by a small team watching Myanmar market channels every day. If you find a figure that looks wrong, if a source has published a rate we have missed, or you simply have a question about how we work, please get in touch.
This is the best way to reach us. We read every message. If your message is about a specific number, please include the currency or gold grade, the date, the value you are seeing, and where you saw it — that lets us check the source quickly instead of guessing.
Reporting a wrong price
We treat corrections from readers as a normal part of the work, not as an exception. When you report one, we re-read the original source post and check the digit count, because a dropped zero is the most common kind of error in this market.
- Which figure — for example "16 ပဲရည် စနစ်ဟောင်း", "USD", "THB".
- What we show, and what it should be.
- The date and time on the source you are comparing against.
- A link or a screenshot, if you have one.
If we got it wrong we will fix it and the board will carry the corrected value. We do not carry yesterday's number forward to fill a gap, so a figure that looks old is usually marked Pending or Stale rather than wrong — see the About & sources page for how we handle that.
Telegram
Our channel is @mmktoday. It carries the morning and evening boards. You can also send us a message there, though email gets a faster answer to a specific correction.
What we cannot help with
- We do not buy or sell gold, currency or fuel, and we cannot make a quote.
- We do not give financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
- We cannot change a price because a shop on the street is charging something different. The board shows what the named source published.
- We do not accept requests to move a rate or to place an advertisement against a particular figure.
